Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Lahore with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruiting process, encompassing job promotion, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates, emphasizing diversity, performance, cultural fit, and retention
- Collaboration with Universities in regards to Job Fair, to promote Company and seek talented resources.
- Leads in developing strategies, budgeting, and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement
- Leads in the development and delivery of the organization’s calendar of activities such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Monthly Events, Community Service, and other morale building activities
- Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization, including the employees themselves to ensure the organization is showing appreciation and recognition for its employees
- Assist with developing and being a part of the Crisis Response Team when critical situations arise
- Work with the Marketing team and other related departments for site wide communications, promotional materials, upcoming events, activities, and social media posting
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully grasp staffing requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, and other social media platforms to actively identify and engage potential talent.
- Explore alternative methods for talent sourcing, including online meet-ups, hackathons, job marketing campaigns, social networking, and targeted web platforms.
- Meet and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, ensuring the desired Interview-to-Placement ratio.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Apply strategic and innovative thinking to data analysis, reporting, and analytical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Possess exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills, with expertise in HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
