Role Description:
In this role you will support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be responsible of the followings;
- Supervise and manage the overall accounts and finance functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
- Optimize liquidity and ensure effective management of financial resources.
- Monitor and manage the working Capital Cycle.
- Develop strategies to improve cash flow and working capital efficiency
- Lead the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and addressing audit findings.
- Monitor the Capex Schedule.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA),
- Post Article Experience with a minimum of 6 to 8 years.
- Candidates having experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Financial Systems (ERP’s) and advanced Excel capabilities.
