Step 1: Submit the Application

After obtaining the property as a gift, purchase, or inheritance, gather the documents mentioned above and apply for the local Patwari or Tehsildar in the revenue department (in rural areas) or to the Land Revenue Office/LDA/CDA/KDA in urban areas.
